Where you buy decides the policy

I don't sell directly on this site. Every order goes through a marketplace, and that marketplace's checkout, payment and buyer protection apply.

- Engraved and handmade pieces are sold in my Etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/AuntieJackiesCorner. The return and exchange policy shown on each listing is the one that applies.

- Closet items sold on Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted or Depop follow that platform's return policy.

The short version of my Etsy policy

- Engraved and personalized pieces are final sale. They're made to order, by hand, and can't be restocked or resold.

- Damaged in transit, or not what the listing described? Message me within 14 days of delivery with a photo and I'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. That one's on me, not you.

Shipping

Orders ship within the processing time shown on the listing. You'll get tracking when it goes out. Everything is packed by me, in a smoke-free home.
